Established in 1995, we are an independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

With expertise in all aspects of the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 and related matters, we work with a diverse range of property owners throughout England & Wales; from individuals to corporations, local authorities to charities.

Andrew McAllister has over 40 years' industry experience in building design and surveying. He is a well-known surveyor having served for many years as a Director and Regional Representative of The Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors. Andrew is also an active Member of The Pyramus & Thisbe Society.
